Blogbundle Cancellation/Refund Policy:

‘Blogbundle’ deals in providing digital products to its customers. You can make the payment and then get access to our digital products via download link from which you may download and save the same for your future reference.

Our cancellation and return/refund policies are very clear and always made available to the customers at the time of purchasing the specific product and it is deemed that, by deciding to purchase the said product, the customer automatically agrees to the terms during the order process.

The cancellation/Refund Policy is as under:

a.    Once the product is ordered and payment made, we provide the said file via a download link in order to get it downloaded by the customer. Once the digital product is downloaded by the customer, no requests for refund or discounts will be entertained.

b.   In case of receipt of damaged digital product or defective ones, you may please report the same to our Customer Service team at [email protected] . Our team will check the issue at its end and thereafter entertain and take appropriate decision on the concern raised. Our support team will get back to you in the next 72 hours after the complaint has been reported.

c.    If the file is lost by the customer, accidentally or otherwise, they will have to buy the digital product again by making appropriate payments for the same.

d.   It is pertinent to note that, in case of any accidental loss of file or the download link at the customer’s end, Blogbundle is not liable to provide another file or download link for the same. The customer will have to purchase the digital product again and no request for concession or discount will be entertained.

e.    The customers are advised to be cautious while handling the digital product and are recommended to handle and save them in a secure folder or destination in their system.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
